Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and stand up an end-to-end Voice of the Customer feedback pipeline from CS, Support, Sales, and EAPs
  • •Partner with RevOps to implement tooling and define workflows for easy default feedback submission
  • •Set weekly triage cadence, SLAs, and reporting for volume, themes, trends, and changes leaders and Product/GTM can use
  • •Design and run core product and engineering operating rhythms (planning cycles, roadmap reviews, design reviews, monthly business reviews)
  • •Own the end-to-end bug lifecycle including intake, severity definitions, triage and routing, resolution tracking, and closing the loop with Support and CS

Salary: USD 155,400 - 233,200 annually

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years in program management, product operations, or a related operational role at a high-growth tech or SaaS company
  • •Experience building processes and programs from scratch and scaling them
  • •Hands-on experience running bug triage or incident/defect management processes across Engineering and Support
  • •Experience designing and facilitating product development rituals (planning, reviews, prioritization) with senior engineering and design leaders
  • •Fluency with feedback, ticketing, and data tooling; ability to own a taxonomy and the systems that enforce it
