Deliver an elevated, personalized Coach shopping experience while representing the brand as a front-line ambassador. •Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
•Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
•Drive sales by using cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations to meet individual and store KPIs.
•Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
•Support daily store operations including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, and transaction handling (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups).

Key Requirements

•1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred) with knowledge of fashion trends and competitors; education and experience may be combined.

•Strong English proficiency.
•Luxury retail background and social media savvy, including clienteling and data acquisition skills (preferred).
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet flexible retail scheduling needs, including nights, weekends, and peak periods.
