Key Responsibilities

  • •Own daily administration of Cadency schedules, jobs, interfaces, notifications, and batches to keep the environment stable for finance operations.
  • •Monitor system jobs and interfaces and respond quickly to failures to prevent impact to close activities or user processing.
  • •Support monthly and quarterly close by managing configuration settings for templates, master data, and data interfaces.
  • •Run or support auto/bulk reconciliation processes and maintain reconciliation schedules, templates, and manual journal entry workflows with approver processing.
  • •Coordinate troubleshooting and upgrades with Digital Technology, developers/platform/process teams, the software vendor, and support SOX/internal control reporting with system evidence and exception validation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, information systems, or a related business/technical discipline.
  • •Demonstrated experience supporting enterprise finance systems and close-related processes in a complex environment.
  • •Experience with reconciliation, consolidation, OneStream, or adjacent finance systems, especially where finance process support and system support are closely linked.
  • •Experience supporting monthly, quarterly, and annual control activities, including job monitoring, exception handling, and user support.
  • •Troubleshooting skills across jobs, interfaces, master data, user access, and automation dependencies, with clear communication across finance and technical teams.
