Job Summary

Drive standardization, analytics, and continuous improvement for Material Planning & Scheduling (MPS) across SSA for the Drilling Services product line. Lead process analysis to reduce operational constraints and improve planning accuracy to lower Waiting on Parts (WOP), while aligning material readiness with asset deployment. Build digital planning tools, dashboards, and reports using Power BI and enterprise systems (APT, SAP, GPS) to enable data-driven decisions and inventory/working-capital optimization.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead analysis and continuous improvement of MPS processes to reduce operational constraints and support product line performance commitments.
•Define, implement, and govern standardized MPS processes aligned with enterprise systems (APT, SAP, GPS) across SSA sites.
•Develop and maintain digital planning tools, dashboards, and reports using Power BI, databases, and visual analytics to improve visibility and decision-making.
•Reduce Waiting on Parts (WOP) by improving planning accuracy, identifying risks proactively, and collaborating with Operations and Asset teams.
•Track and report process performance, supporting change management, standardized adoption, and continuous improvement toward product line targets.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Engineering, or equivalent relevant experience.
•10 years of experience in Material Planning and Scheduling, preferably in oil & gas or asset-intensive manufacturing/services environments.
•Strong understanding of ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and material planning/inventory management processes.
•Experience with Drilling Services tools, equipment, and operational workflows.
•Strong analytical and digital capability, including hands-on dashboard/building experience with Power BI and databases.
