Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, build, and deploy Generative AI and agentic multi-agent systems to transform core insurance processes, from ideation to production rollout.
  • •Define solution architectures on Azure/AWS, prototype with Python and SQL, and implement data pipelines and integrations (APIs and event-driven workflows).
  • •Build and orchestrate multi-agent AI workflows (including RAG), integrating tools and optimizing for performance, scalability, security, and cost.
  • •Collaborate with business units to translate needs into AI use cases, facilitate workshops, and define success metrics (KPIs/ROI).
  • •Support change enablement and governance by driving adoption, ensuring Responsible AI standards, and communicating technical concepts to stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field, with at least one year completed.
  • •Some hands-on exposure to AI/ML, data analytics, or automation via coursework, projects, a hackathon, or a prior internship.
  • •Solid Python fundamentals (scripts/modules) and basic SQL, plus familiarity with Git.
  • •Interest in building LLM-based applications, including prompting and RAG; exposure to LangChain or LlamaIndex is a bonus.
  • •Fluent English; German B1+ is a strong advantage for local collaboration.
