Key Responsibilities

  • •Detail vehicles including washing, interior cleaning, and exterior buffing.
  • •Move vehicles between departments in Carvana Inspection Centers.
  • •Take vehicle photos for customer viewing in Carvana spinners.
  • •Inspect interior and exterior surfaces and accurately identify imperfections/defects.
  • •Follow safety procedures and operate vehicle equipment/tools while working in a production environment.

Key Requirements

  • •Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.
  • •Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools; able to lift up to 60 pounds independently.
  • •Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment, sometimes exposed to excessive weather conditions (heat/cold).
  • •Use safety equipment such as face shields or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, masks, and other protective garments/equipment.
  • •May be subject to an MVR check; must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
