Key Responsibilities

  • •Help customers choose from adidas merchandise by providing product information on materials, technology, and functionality.
  • •Meet adidas customer service standards by understanding customer needs and providing product details when necessary.
  • •Lead and complete sales using adidas sales techniques and the store’s online sales system (as applicable).
  • •Process customer transactions (cash, credit, checks, etc.).

Key Requirements
