Job Summary

Oversee and control Air Arabia stores for tools, equipment and spare parts used in aircraft maintenance, ensuring accurate stock levels, on-time availability for planned/unscheduled maintenance, and compliant record-keeping. Manage AMOS system updates, inventory reporting, and coordination with MRO, outstations, and AOG desk to support both Air Arabia and third-party aircraft maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

•Handles and maintains the Stores stock level for daily demanded items (tool boxes, spare parts, wheels, batteries, oils, etc.).
•Ensures all items are available on time to execute maintenance and secure safe aircraft release.
•Performs daily checks in storage areas to maintain proper storage conditions and safety standards.
•Manages bin locations and allocation of tools/parts, ensuring AMOS system updates are maintained.
•Updates and reviews the AMOS system to record activities related to received/stored parts, considering shelf life and calibration.

Key Requirements

•1-2 years of related working experience in a similar capacity within the airline industry, preferably with a low-cost carrier
•Experience with inventory software and stock management systems
•Proficient in Microsoft Office and good English communication skills
•Valid Driving License for the assigned location
•Bachelor's degree is preferred, High School/Diploma or certificate acceptable with relevant experience
