Support local employment branding and attraction strategies using data analytics and market insight. Collaborate with recruiters to understand hiring needs and partner with university teams on events, job fairs, and sourcing programs. Assist in designing and executing employment brand campaigns and help build external digital strategies for recruitment awareness and employer brand positioning. Play a key role in action plans aligned to business needs and attraction strategy.
