Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist the manager in overseeing daily operations to ensure reliability and consistency on the production line.
  • •Support plant safety management, including identifying, assessing, and updating safety risks and following up on actions.
  • •Participate in continuous improvement efforts by analyzing and resolving production issues and sharing outcomes via analysis reports.
  • •Drive Lean and continuous improvement activities by maintaining CI processes, tracking improvement suggestions, and preparing improvement reports.
  • •Lead implementation of digitalization projects by using Power BI/Power Apps/Power Automate/Visual Basic/Python and automating SAP report tracking and work orders/material readiness.

Key Requirements

  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools including Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
