Key Responsibilities

  • •Define the strategy for AI adoption by evaluating organizational maturity, building roadmaps aligned with business goals, and identifying value levers from AI use cases
  • •Frame and prioritize AI use cases with high impact, structure implementation trajectories, and assess expected value across POC to industrialization while controlling AI costs
  • •Redesign business processes as needed to align with business and organizational needs
  • •Structure governance and AI operating model by defining target models, trustworthy AI principles, and roles/responsibilities
  • •Support transformation and adoption of AI by promoting user uptake and knowledge sharing, and contribute to growth of the advisory entity through offerings and business development

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor-level education plus five years in consulting or equivalent experience, with strong data/AI specialization
  • •Experience of at least 6 years in a consulting environment, delivering data/AI transformation projects
  • •Strong knowledge of data ecosystems and AI technologies, including AI governance and responsible AI principles
  • •Ability to engage with both business stakeholders and technical teams, translating needs into concrete AI solutions
  • •Autonomy, curiosity, rigor, and a proactive, intrapreneurial mindset with excellent communication skills
