Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the FDE organization’s engagement strategy as the primary technical escalation point across the portfolio.
  • •Serve as trusted technical counterpart to customer executives and internal VP/executives on strategic bets, risks, and cross-portfolio tradeoffs.
  • •Define technical architecture standards and design principles guiding how the domain builds customer-facing solutions and platform capabilities.
  • •Stay hands-on by writing and reviewing code and unblocking the hardest technical failures.
  • •Lead technical growth and career development of FDEs through mentorship, coaching, and calibration, including a lead role in hiring and leveling decisions.
