Managing Quantity Surveyor (QA)

Drive cost planning, procurement involvement, and contract commercial management to maximize project margin. Perform monthly valuations, forecast final costs and sales, and prepare cashflow forecasts. Measure, value, and negotiate contract variations and final accounts, including commercial vetting of subcontractor tenders and contracts. Advise project staff on contractual matters, manage reporting, and support HSE initiatives aligned with company policies and IMS.
