Key Responsibilities

•Provide training and mentorship to silicon assembly technicians and support tailored remediation and retraining.
•Escalate product non-conformance events and remove blockers to daily production targets; provide daily status updates on production impact.
•Monitor BOM and consumables inventory and perform systematic cycle counts.
•Operate and maintain silicon assembly equipment including SMT, AOI, reflow/deflux/bake processes, molding, laser marking, die singulation, and pick/place machines.
•Operate metrology and process control tools (e.g., C-SAM, 3D profilometers, X-ray systems) to ensure uniformity, interface adhesion, and contamination control.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalency, with 3+ years of semiconductor wafer or packaging manufacturing experience; or a bachelor’s degree in engineering, math, or science.
•3+ years of practical experience in high volume semiconductor manufacturing operations.
•Proficiency in data analysis and process control software for statistical process control (SPC).
•Experience with metrology tools such as scanning acoustic microscopy (C-SAM), 3D profilometers, stereoscopes, optical tensiometers (goniometer), and X-ray fluorescence (XRF).
•Must be able to work all shifts and overtime/weekends as needed and lift up to 35 lbs unassisted.
