Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate and lead a blank slate product redesign of Abridge.
  • •Partner with design leadership to implement programs, processes, and tools that improve how the team operates.
  • •Lead operational planning and execution for initiatives including rituals, hiring coordination, onboarding, resource allocation, and internal communications.
  • •Build scalable systems to support design team growth, cross-functional collaboration, and execution excellence.
  • •Oversee asset management and manage external vendors and contractors, including onboarding, scoping, resourcing, contract workflows, and performance tracking.

Key Requirements
