•Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional projects within the GBS portfolio, ensuring alignment with global strategic priorities.
•Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations across regions and functions.
•Drive disciplined program management by implementing best-in-class project management methodologies, governance frameworks, and performance tracking mechanisms.
•Provide technical leadership and strategic direction for program delivery at a regional level, supporting consistency, scalability, and execution excellence across markets.
•Contribute to the continuous evolution of program management approaches, tools, and methodologies to drive innovation, efficiency, and differentiation within GBS.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 130,000 - 175,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field plus at least 8 years of progressive project management experience, including at least 3 years in a Global Business Services/shared services/global transformation environment
•Proven track record of delivering complex, global, multi-functional projects on time and within budget
•Demonstrated ability to work in a matrixed, global organization, managing cross-functional teams and influencing senior leaders without direct authority; strong understanding of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) and service delivery models
•Excellent stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and influencing skills at all organizational levels – including executive-level reporting and facilitation
•Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira) and collaboration platforms (Teams, SharePoint)
