Job Summary

Own full-cycle technical recruiting to build and scale PDE (Product, Design, and Engineering) hiring. Design and execute customized sourcing strategies while leveraging Greenhouse, Gem, and Looker data to improve decisions and processes. Partner closely with hiring managers and executive stakeholders, maintain an exceptional candidate experience, and drive operational improvements across the Talent Acquisition team. Mentor more junior recruiters and support hiring surges across departments.
