Key Responsibilities

  • •Initiate, prepare, launch and monitor retrofit solutions in accordance with program/customer targets (time, cost, quality)
  • •Prepare, launch and monitor eRSP (stock provisioning) inputs and ensure material reception and consumption after validation
  • •Define and steer inputs from engineering, procurement, suppliers, supply chain, and program to ensure a global retrofit material strategy
  • •Contribute to supplier capacity negotiations and cost alignment with Procurement, including material reservation and missing parts management
  • •Build and manage the project plan, track progress, and ensure alignment with program goals; promote cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement

Key Requirements

  • •University degree in business administration and/or industrial engineering with a minimum of 10 years of experience in supply chain and/or program management; or 15 years of supply chain and/or program experience
  • •Strong understanding of aircraft systems and program-level project management, with a proven ability to meet customer needs
  • •Delivery-focused, customer-oriented, and technically adept with ability to work autonomously while fostering cross-functional collaboration
  • •Solid knowledge of supply chain management and process improvements; knowledge of the A220 organization and processes is an asset
  • •Advanced French and English (written and spoken) with the ability to communicate with internal/external customers
