Key Responsibilities

  • •Respond to on-site emergencies and provide first aid for minor injuries.
  • •Deliver individualized or group injury prevention education and treatment.
  • •Coach employees on behavior change, safety, and injury prevention with personalized guidance.
  • •Participate in emergency response drills and conduct regular site safety walks.
  • •Inspect safety equipment (including AEDs, safety showers, and spill kits), document interventions, and communicate findings as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Current CPR and First Aid certification.
  • •Ability to manage multiple tasks and respond effectively in urgent situations.
  • •Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently.
  • •Professional, outgoing, personable demeanor representing Ramp Health.
  • •Preferred: CPR/AED Instructor Certification and 1+ years coaching experience in fitness, wellness, or occupational health.
