Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead interface with internal customers, reporting, and coordination to ensure on-time/on-quality delivery and process adherence.
  • •Collaborate with stakeholders during the ordering phase and work with suppliers as escalation point.
  • •Handle purchase order placement, PO acknowledgement and monitoring, and deliveries for products and services.
  • •Ensure supplier operational performance visibility through KPI monitoring and lead escalation in supplier operational reviews.
  • •Raise risks, follow up on corrective/preventive actions, and report/escalate deviations to industrial targets (including mitigation actions).

Key Requirements

  • •Operational experience in Supply Chain/Procurement or a related function.
  • •SAP (P11, NFP) management and experience creating management reporting analysis.
  • •Experience with MRP and demand management.
  • •Strong communication, negotiation, influencing, and rigour.
  • •Ability to anticipate, work proactively, and operate effectively in a team environment.
