Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive strategic execution across AI Neobank priorities.
  • •Build and manage operating rhythm including OKRs, leadership updates, decision tracking, and accountability.
  • •Coordinate major cross-functional workstreams across product, engineering, licensing, market expansion, partnerships, finance, and operations.
  • •Prepare concise decision memos, board/leadership materials, execution plans, and performance reviews.
  • •Identify gaps, risks, and dependencies early; own special projects requiring senior judgment and cross-functional authority.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience driving strategic execution across teams in a leadership-facing role.
  • •Strong judgment, communication, prioritization, and follow-through in ambiguous environments.
  • •Ability to translate high-level strategy into detailed execution without losing quality.
  • •Strong writing, business analysis, and problem-solving skills.
  • •Experience in startups, consulting, strategy, operations, fintech, financial services, or regional expansion is a plus.
