Key Responsibilities

  • •Translate Cisco Security GTM priorities into activation plans and sales plays, maintaining cadence with field leaders using pipeline/adoption/win-loss/seller feedback data.
  • •Design and launch targeted sales plays (offers, customer segments, competitive motions), defining seller motions and KPIs, then pilot, iterate, and scale based on impact.
  • •Own creation and lifecycle of seller-facing assets and governance, including talk tracks, discovery guides, objection handling, battlecards, ROI messaging, and partner activation kits.
  • •Interface with product and offer teams to feed field insights into product evolution, packaging, messaging, roadmap, and competitive positioning.
  • •Support seller and partner execution with AI-driven tools/workflows and reference programs, and promote experimentation with measurement loops for continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years in enterprise sales, sales acceleration, business development, sales strategy, partner GTM, product marketing, enablement, or related SaaS/security roles.
  • •Experience translating GTM priorities into field-ready sales plays, seller assets, partner motions, and measurable adoption plans.
  • •Working knowledge of enterprise security, SaaS, cloud, software buying motions, and familiarity with Network Security, Cloud Security, SASE, XDR, Zero Trust, and SecOps (or adjacent architectures).
  • •Strong ability to create clear seller-facing content including executive narratives and practical sales tools.
  • •Strong data orientation using pipeline, adoption, engagement, win/loss, or campaign data for decision-making.
