Part Time Sales Supervisor, Bayshore Ottawa

Lead daily store operations and deliver an engaging customer experience by engaging consumers, coaching sales behaviors, and supervising the sales floor. Proactively resolve customer concerns, partner with store leadership on elevated issues, and help train new and current associates on culture, product knowledge, service practices, and loss prevention. Manage cash and merchandise operations, support performance feedback, and supervise the team in management’s absence while helping meet sales goals.
