Key Responsibilities

  • •Check and review detailed designs and calculations.
  • •Undertake concept design, feasibility studies, and detailed design as required.
  • •Lead technicians/BIM modellers developing level crossing ground plans, cable trough management (CSR) systems, and lineside structures deliverables.
  • •Manage integration and coordination of CSR systems with other rail disciplines.
  • •Maintain budget and programme, monitor drawings for quality and accuracy, and mentor junior engineers/BIM technicians.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Masters in Structural Engineering (or equivalent industry experience).
  • •12+ years’ experience in Rail infrastructure.
  • •Current competencies with relevant Rail Authorities (e.g., VLine, Network Rail, MTM).
  • •Deep understanding of CSR systems and their role in rail operations.
  • •Ability to build strong working relationships and work independently as well as in a team environment.
