Job Function: Field Service, Maintenance & Skilled Trades

Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on ambulances and support vehicles, including inspections, oil changes, tire rotations, brake checks, and fluid services.
  • •Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and complete shop-based repairs for brakes/suspension, electrical systems/lighting, HVAC, and engine/drivetrain components.
  • •Respond to disabled vehicles as needed and perform minor roadside/on-site repairs to return units to service.
  • •Maintain organized shop operations, identify parts/supply needs, and prioritize critical repairs to support uptime goals.
  • •Assist with minor building repairs and seasonal facility maintenance tasks as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in automotive or fleet maintenance (EMS or commercial vehicles preferred).
  • •Strong mechanical troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
  • •Ability to work independently.
  • •Valid driver’s license with a clean driver’s history.
  • •Ability to lift and move equipment up to 75 lbs and work in shop/field environments.
