Job Summary

Provide specialized NICU nursing care to premature, critically ill, and high-risk newborns at a Level III NICU. You will continuously assess, monitor, and document neonatal health status and responses to treatment; administer medications and therapies; and operate/monitor neonatal equipment such as ventilators, CPAP, infusion pumps, and monitors. Partner with neonatologists and the multidisciplinary NICU team to develop care plans, support family-centered care, educate parents, and respond to medical emergencies while maintaining safety and infection control.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide specialized nursing care to premature, critically ill, and high-risk newborns in the NICU.
•Continuously assess, monitor, and document neonatal health status, vital signs, and responses to treatment.
•Administer medications, intravenous therapies, blood products, and nutritional support as prescribed.
•Operate and monitor specialized neonatal equipment, including incubators, ventilators, CPAP, infusion pumps, and cardiac monitors.
•Collaborate with neonatologists, respiratory therapists, pharmacists, and other multidisciplinary team members to develop and implement care plans.

Key Requirements

•Bachelors Degree in Nursing
•DOH/DHA/MOH license
