Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead product direction for major AI stockbroking app areas.
  • •Define priorities, roadmaps, product standards, and success metrics across multiple features or squads.
  • •Guide PMs, product owners, designers, and engineers toward clear execution.

  • •Turn regulatory, operational, and business constraints into practical product decisions and drive launch quality, post-launch learning, and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Balance strategy, execution, UX, data, engineering, and business outcomes to deliver effective product sequencing and trade-offs.
  • •Mentor or lead PMs/POs and cross-functional squads (preferred).
  • •Work comfortably in high ambiguity with fast changes and senior stakeholder pressure.
  • •Simplify complex financial products into usable customer journeys; fintech/insurance/payments/regulated product experience is a strong advantage.
