Key Responsibilities

  • •Learn and apply software engineering best practices in product development activities.
  • •Contribute to the design, development, testing, and maintenance of Emerson software products.
  • •Develop and maintain software features under the guidance of senior engineers.
  • •Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve issues found during development and testing, and participate in code reviews.
  • •Create technical documentation and work with cross-functional teams to support automation, quality, and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •MTech or Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related engineering discipline, with graduation completed in 2025 or 2026.
  • •Strong understanding of programming fundamentals, data structures, and object-oriented concepts.
  • •Knowledge of at least one programming language such as C#, C++, Java, Python, or JavaScript.
  • •Basic understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, plus strong written and verbal communication skills.
