Key Responsibilities

  • •Interface with government agencies and industrial partners to obtain, process, verify, and disseminate personnel security information.
  • •Review personnel history statements and documents for completeness and maintain accurate personnel data in case files.
  • •Update the Talon database and perform research using required databases to support investigations and continuous evaluation.
  • •Complete LOAs for Investigative Service Providers and conduct National Agency Checks (NACs) with accurate reporting.
  • •Provide operational and administrative support including quality assurance reviews, scanning/uploading case reports, and tracking priority cases and daily metrics.
