Key Responsibilities

•Engage and lead company communities to foster an AI culture, collect/analyze requirements, and help prioritize feasibility aligned to the product backlog.
•Develop and enhance AI tools and capabilities, addressing technical/regulatory constraints and the company digital transformation roadmap.
•Align AI solutions with company processes, especially data governance and security, across division and Group levels.
•Support workflow evolution by implementing new workflows and ensuring alignment with business requirements.
•Monitor AI domain integration progress across the organization.

Key Requirements

•IT engineering degree specializing in artificial intelligence (or equivalent).
•3 years of experience, including LLM development and potentially data science/AI architecture/machine learning/deep learning.
•Thorough understanding of AI concepts and LLMs, including installation, administration, and optimization of on-premises LLMs.
•Knowledge of Mistral and/or Google Gemini and their APIs.
•Development skills including front-end and REST/GraphQL APIs (Agile/Scrum and DevOps CI/CD are valued).
