Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the build-vs-buy decision and, if buying, vendor evaluation and selection based on capability, cost, and integration effort.
  • •Act as product owner by translating business needs into requirements for developers/vendors and owning prioritization.
  • •Define and coordinate the integration approach into the existing IT service landscape, including dependencies and architectural implications.
  • •Ensure seamless integration with the existing contract management tool, a special and business-critical linkage for the CRM solution.
  • •Prepare detailed rollout plans (time, cost, resources), run governance/tollgates, and coordinate rollout activities to deliver compliant outcomes on time and on budget while proactively escalating risks/issues.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven track record leading end-to-end IT application/service introduction programs, ideally including CRM or similar enterprise platforms.
  • •Strong understanding of IT service management, integration architecture, and enterprise application landscapes.
  • •Experience with contract management systems or master-data-heavy integrations is a strong plus.
  • •Ability to prepare business cases, cost-benefit analyses, and budget/resource plans.
