Job Summary

Lead Salesforce integration and enterprise architecture, focusing on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. Design and develop complex integrations across systems like ERP, MDM, Oracle CPQ, and PLM using SOAP/REST, custom APIs, and middleware such as MuleSoft and Informatica IICS. Build Salesforce solutions with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, CRM Analytics, and platform security. Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable end-to-end outcomes, mentor developers, and manage release and CI/CD practices.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead technical design of scalable, enterprise-grade Salesforce integration solutions aligned with platform standards and long-term architecture strategy.
•Design and develop integration patterns across Salesforce and enterprise systems using web services, custom APIs, middleware, and data integration approaches.
•Partner with business, QA, integration, security, and infrastructure teams to deliver end-to-end scalable outcomes.
•Conduct code reviews to ensure quality, performance, maintainability, and adherence to best practices.
•Manage release/environment workflows and support development practices including source control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines, mentoring junior developers and identifying technical risks/bottlenecks.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a STEM-related field.
•12+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience (Sales Cloud and Service Cloud) including enterprise integration architecture and development with ERP, Master Data Management, Oracle CPQ, and PLM.
•12+ years of integration experience with web services and technologies including SOAP/REST, custom APIs (JSON/XML), MuleSoft, Informatica IICS, and Salesforce Platform Events/CDC.
•12+ years of Salesforce development and data architecture experience including Visualforce, Apex (including code coverage), CRM Analytics, Lightning Web Components, Dynamic Forms, and Salesforce governor limits/performance optimization.
•Experience leading workshops and translating integration requirements into scalable technical solutions, including authentication and security (MFA, OAuth, Entra ID, SAML, SSO, TLS/SSL, Salesforce Shield).
