Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and continuously improve the end-to-end onboarding experience, designing programs for the first 30/60/90 days and using feedback and metrics to drive improvement.
  • •Own execution and continuous improvement of employee listening programs (engagement, pulse, onboarding, and lifecycle surveys), including timely reporting and actionable insights.
  • •Analyze employee feedback and program data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, translating insights into recommendations to improve engagement, retention, and employee experience.
  • •Help build a connected employee lifecycle across onboarding, development, engagement, internal mobility, and offboarding by identifying friction points and recommending scalable improvements.
  • •Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and automate employee experience programs and workflows, partnering with IT to optimize tools, integrations, and employee experience technologies.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 100,000 - 110,000 annually
