Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform trade capture, exception management, and service routing of trades to downstream systems, including settlement of cash transactions.
  • •Run diagnostics to investigate exceptions, resolve queries within SLA turnaround times, and support reconciliation/posting workflows.
  • •Handle cash monitoring, input of journals, reimbursements and payments, monitoring balances, and writing off small residual balances.
  • •Engage in process improvement through automation, assist with migrations/re-migrations, and support rollout of new products/activities.
  • •Maintain controls and compliance, support internal/external reviews and audit points, update trackers and process documentation, and support training/cross-training.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or master’s degree in commerce/finance.
  • •3–6 years of fund administration experience.
  • •Strong knowledge of capital markets, financial instruments, and accounting principles.
  • •Hands-on experience with accounting & valuations, reconciliation, and trade processing platforms, specifically SimCorp Dimension.
  • •Proficiency in Excel and the ability to deliver accurately within performance timelines with minimal/no errors.
