  • •Define and evolve the technical vision and strategy for your team in partnership with Product, Design, and Applied Science.

  • •Hire, coach, and manage full-stack engineers, including Staff+ engineers, and develop future technical leaders.

Salary: USD 231,200 - 299,200 annually

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of experience in an engineering management role.
  • •5+ years of experience building software at scale.
  • •Experience partnering with Product, Design, Applied Science, and Data Science to define product and technical strategy.
  • •Strong technical judgment guiding teams through complex architectural and product tradeoffs.
  • •Experience using experimentation, A/B testing, and market-based testing to inform product and engineering decisions.
