Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary contact for a network of local intermediaries, providing advisory and relationship-management support
  • •Analyze intermediary portfolios, assess performance and suggest optimizations to improve risk profiles and profitability
  • •Contribute to budgeting processes and assist in developing commercial campaigns within the TP Nederland group
  • •Translate client needs and market insights into clear, actionable risk advice and solutions
  • •Collaborate across the Aon Commercial Risk Solutions team to deliver integrated, client-focused outcomes

Key Requirements

  • •Affinity with the (groot)zakelijke markt and proven ability to engage with mid-to-large business clients
  • •Minimum of three Wft certificates: Basis, Schade, Zakelijk
  • •Excellent command of the Dutch language; English is a plus
  • •Strong advisory, relationship-building and portfolio-analysis skills
  • •Ability to translate client questions into clear risk profiles and pragmatic advice
