Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver customer-facing UI experiences and A/B experiments to accelerate user acquisition, engagement, and retention using data-informed hypotheses.
  • •Architect scalable front-end solutions and build features end-to-end across the product lifecycle (front-end, back-end, IaC, system design, debugging, and testing).
  • •Partner with product, design, and data/analytics teams to define outcome measurements, establish experimental frameworks, and track behavior attribution.
  • •Improve application performance, code quality, security, and developer productivity across core self-service properties.
  • •Ensure product experiences comply with trust and safety principles through cross-functional collaboration.

Key Requirements

  • •Proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript for reusable SDKs and UI components, with strong knowledge of HTML and CSS.
  • •Experience building scalable serverless systems, such as Cloudflare Workers, AWS Lambda, or Azure Functions.
  • •Ability to design interfaces tied to business KPIs (onboarding, adoption) and run A/B experiments using telemetry and feature flags/gating.
  • •Strong system design fundamentals and experience working with or designing RESTful APIs.
  • •Experience building developer productivity tools/frameworks, including modern AI/LLM-augmented workflows.
