Key Responsibilities

  • •Direct all phases of programs from inception through completion, owning cost, schedule, and technical performance.
  • •Coordinate proposal and business plan preparation, including work statements and operating budgets tied to contract terms.
  • •Act as primary customer contact, leading program review sessions and developing new/expanded product line opportunities with the customer.
  • •Establish milestones, monitor master plans and schedules, identify problems, and obtain solutions (e.g., resource allocation or contract specification changes).
  • •Direct employee work across technical, manufacturing, and administrative areas; manage staffing plans and monitor contract/subcontract funding and forecasts.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 180,000 - 200,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree and 15+ years (or commensurate experience).
  • •Top Secret clearance and Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) eligibility.
  • •At least five years managing a contract/TO or a program of similar scope.
  • •At least five years scoping, designing, executing, monitoring, and evaluating projects for the contract scope.
  • •Experience with geographically dispersed workforce and hold PMP and/or DAWIA PM certification (desired).
