Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in line with recipes, service standards, and guest expectations.
  • •Maintain bar cleanliness and ensure all bar equipment is clean, functional, and ready for service.
  • •Safeguard beverage stock, monitor storage conditions, conduct stock counts, and prepare requisitions to keep adequate supplies.
  • •Perform opening and closing procedures, including monitoring equipment and refrigeration temperatures, and uphold hygiene, safety, and presentation standards.
  • •Support sales and guest service through product knowledge, suggestive selling, and processing payments/cashier duties when required.

Key Requirements

  • •Communicate satisfactorily in English with guests, coworkers, and management.
  • •2+ years in hospitality, preferably in a bartending role.
  • •Knowledge of beverages and cocktails, with ability to prepare drinks to recipes and standards.
  • •Computer literate.
  • •Pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills.
