Key Responsibilities

  • •Increase IMC/GPE revenue and expand billable engineering hours through opportunity development and service portfolio expansion.
  • •Develop and enable engineering services by defining deployment methodologies, engineering service packages, reusable assets, and delivery standards.
  • •Enable engineering execution readiness by building competencies, establishing delivery frameworks, and creating deployment support models.
  • •Define and expand lifecycle services, including optimization and modernization programs that create recurring revenue streams.
  • •Lead AI-enabled engineering service development by creating AI-assisted services, building AI use-case roadmaps, and improving productivity and quality without proportional headcount growth.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Instrumentation, Electronics, Automation, or related engineering.
  • •15+ years’ experience in industrial automation, engineering services, or process solutions.
  • •10+ years in technical leadership roles, including leading global teams and building engineering capability.
  • •Hands-on experience with IMC control-system products and technologies, including PLC, DCS and SCADA.
  • •Experience creating or scaling engineering services to grow billable hours and influence revenue outcomes.
