Job Summary

Support and optimize shift production by handling and deploying first orders and order sampling, troubleshooting machines to maintain continuous uptime, and assisting operators with quality issues. Monitor complicated orders to meet delivery timelines, track and report machine status (including safety guarding and productivity) to team lead and maintenance, and help train new operators. Sustain 5S standards and support team output targets including scrap rate.

Key Responsibilities

•Handle first order deployment and order sampling.
•Troubleshoot machines to ensure continuous production time and support operators with machine problems and quality issues.
•Understand and use production color/certification and operating software to achieve target printing requirements.
•Monitor and support completion of complicated orders to ensure on-time delivery.
•Monitor and report machine status (including safety guarding and productivity), train new operators, and sustain 5S.

Key Requirements

•University, college, or vocational school training in technical majors such as printing, garment, industrial management, mechanical, electrical, or chemical.
•3-4 years of experience in a similar position or related work.
•Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge.
•Ability to work in shift (8 or 12 hours).

Experience:3-4 years

Education:Certification / Diploma in Technical majors (Printing, Garment, Industrial Management, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, etc.)
