Technical Program Manager II (Contract Role)

Lead large-scale, cross-functional programs for the CAPE Accounts, Identity SRE, and Notifications platform, driving high availability, resiliency, scalability, and performance across backend services. Partner with engineering, platform, security, and global operations teams to coordinate delivery across 100+ accounts and manage complex dependencies. Use technical and organizational expertise to improve operational maturity, support SRE tenets, and produce root-cause analyses to inform engineering decisions.
