Key Responsibilities

•Own the product strategy for LIVE safety, including systems and features that protect content integrity and safeguard creators.
•Define and drive the LIVE safety product roadmap from ideation through iteration, establishing success metrics for safety, UX, and operational efficiency.
•Use qualitative insights and quantitative data to identify safety risks, abuse patterns, and system gaps; apply metrics and experimentation to guide prioritization.
•Lead end-to-end product development lifecycle in collaboration with engineering, data science, operations, and policy teams.
•Communicate trade-offs, align stakeholders, and drive successful launches across complex, fast-moving environments.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree (or above) in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
•3+ years of experience in Trust & Safety, Platform Integrity, Risk Control, or Abuse Prevention, with at least 1 year of hands-on Product Management in these areas.
•Experience working with LIVE, creator ecosystems, or user-generated content platforms and their safety/operational challenges.
•Demonstrated ability to use data and metrics to identify problems, evaluate trade-offs, and drive product decisions.
•Experience defining and owning safety or quality KPIs.
