Key Responsibilities

  • •Become an expert on the Postscript platform and supported use cases, including imagining new possibilities.
  • •Lead technical discovery calls, discuss competitive landscape, and document new customer requests for the Product team.
  • •Work with Sales to prepare and deliver demos of advanced capabilities and integrations, supporting successful customer wins.
  • •Execute proof of concepts for complex use cases in collaboration with onboarding and engineering teams as needed.
  • •Support API-based standardized and custom integrations, provide technical guidance and troubleshooting, and create technical content for implementation.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 3 years in a revenue-driving, customer-facing technical role (solutions engineer, sales engineer, support engineer, or related).
  • •Ecommerce knowledge is required; Shopify ecosystem experience is highly preferred.
  • •Experience working with top-tier Shopify/ecommerce brands, ideally high-GMV DTC or omnichannel retailers.
  • •Technical comfort with front-end web technologies (JavaScript, CSS) and ability to create proof of concept integrations using well-documented APIs.
  • •Strong communication skills to translate complex technical ideas for technical and non-technical audiences in remote and in-person settings.
