Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform routine quality testing (including break/hole testing with Cognex camera systems, cling testing, ultimate stretch testing, and basic QA tests).
  • •Accurately enter test data into computer databases and prepare QC/process records for the previous 24 hours.
  • •Complete scheduled quality audits across production lines using established checklists.
  • •Communicate test results and immediately report non-conformities and potential scrap risks to the Quality Technician or Supervisor.
  • •Maintain a clean, organized lab environment and follow PPE and safety requirements during shift activities.
