Key Responsibilities

  • •Own developer feedback loops, including CI/CD, testing, dependency management, and tooling that help the org ship faster and more safely.
  • •Lead AI-partnered development by incubating AI-assisted engineering for human engineers and agents and connecting it to observability.
  • •Define and track developer-productivity and satisfaction metrics to prove team impact and ROI.
  • •Lead change across the org by bringing engineers inside and outside the team along and helping adoption.
  • •Grow the team by supporting engineers and manager community through 1:1s, career development, and feedback loops.

Key Requirements

  • •Sustained, multi-year experience leading an engineering enablement / developer-experience team with tenure to steer large-scale change.
  • •Fluency in CI/CD.
  • •Track record defining and tracking developer-productivity / ROI metrics, including standing up the metrics program.
  • •Cross-org change leadership, ideally through a major workflow change or AI rollout.
  • •Real depth with AI tooling and the ability to distinguish good from bad AI usage and articulate an AI philosophy.
