•Mentor and build high-performing engineering teams while improving execution velocity via architecture best practices.
•Contribute to GenAI initiatives for developer productivity and product innovation and to Visa/CyberSource technology initiatives.

Key Requirements

•12+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent advanced degree/PhD experience) in software engineering leadership.

•Expertise in web service standards and patterns including REST and gRPC.
•Proven experience with shared services/frameworks including microservices, container technologies, caching, API gateways, and security.
•Advanced knowledge of AI/Generative AI/Data Science and continuous delivery/DevOps practices including infrastructure automation, monitoring, logging, auditing, and security implementation.
