Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with unions, federations, and structures across relevant sectors.
  • •Map the paritariste ecosystem, prioritize interlocutors, and design engagement strategy at confederal, federal, and branch levels.
  • •Represent Alan in federations, working groups, congrès, and paritariste institutions, acting as a recognizable Alan voice.
  • •Partner with Enterprise & Public Sector teams by briefing them on social partners context and turning ecosystem relationships into commercial leverage.
  • •Create and scale a knowledge base and documentation through processes and AI tools, and provide market intelligence on social partner and competitor positioning.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 8 years of experience in social partner relations through a union organization, branch federation, paritariste institution, or external affairs role at a mutual, IP, or insurer.
  • •Legitimate credibility at federation level, able to engage federation leadership as a peer.
  • •Deep knowledge of the paritariste ecosystem, including branch agreements, confederal mandates, and protection sociale reforms.
  • •Proven ability to build trust with social partners from the employer/state side.
  • •Outstanding stakeholder management and the ability to represent Alan substantively with calm, long-game, trustworthy, and discreet communication.
