Foreperson

Directly supervise assigned industrial production lines and ensure blown film operations run safely and efficiently. Oversee start-up, run, shutdown, and packer compliance with safety, quality, quantity, and housekeeping standards. Manage equipment and process control needs, train machine operators and packers on production and quality checks, troubleshoot extrusion and related issues, and minimize scrap while keeping production documentation accurate.
