•Own the O2C system landscape and data flows across NetSuite, Zuora, and integrations; ensure system health and governance
•Lead system/process improvement projects across Finance and external vendors, coordinating with cross-functional teams
•Stay current on changes in the O2C landscape and assess impacts on financial reporting and business logic
•Support cross-system change assessment and data integrity with adjacent finance systems (sales compensation, general ledger)
•Implement and monitor SOX/ITGC controls and audits to ensure data accuracy and regulatory compliance

•Experience integrating with third-party systems and tools (payment gateways, automation platforms, data warehouses)
•Proficiency in SQL and data analytics tools to investigate issues and gather information
